
The only real updates are 1.) I am no longer sleeping through the night and not just because of potty breaks. I am waking up at around 2 or 3, going to the restroom and then sitting wide awake in bed for about 1-2 hours. Half the time I am hungry so I get up and grab a bite to eat and watch a little t.v. then I finally get sleepy again around 3 or 4ish...depending on what time I woke up. I guess this is just my body trying to ease me into the sleepness nights ahead. Thanks mother nature ;) 2.)Sometimes I am awakened by leg cramps! OUCH! Yes, those lovely charly horses are making a regular appearance! I have found that they usually only come if I have not had enough water or liquids during the day or if I was on my feet too much during the day. BUT sometimes I just get 'em, not sure why. And 3.) A little dose of heartburn. Not too much and not enough to really bother me but every once in a while I will get a nice case of it.
Other than all of that I am feeling well and getting excited as the last few months of being pregnant come to a close and being a mommy is on the horizon. I can't wait!
If you can find papaya extract tablets from a natural foods store/vitamin store, chew a couple of them when you get indigestion/heart burn. It will help. Make sure it is all natural and or organic that way you don't have to worry about anything bad going into your body :)
